How To Use Advanced Excel To PDF 5.0

While installing Advanced Excel To PDF 5.0 on your computer, it is integrated in the Microsoft Excel. On opening any of the documents, you will see a button named "Advanced Excel To PDF" in your Toolbar. Just click it to start the program for the conversion.
So,You have two ways to start the conversion.

From Advanced Excel To PDF 5.0 to Start the Conversion!

Below is the screenshot of Advanced Excel To PDF 5.0 application from where you can select the MS Excel file (xls) for your conversion.

The overall steps are:

  • Step One: Select the MS Excel file (xls) for conversion

Click the" Add File(s)" button, browse your files in your computer, and select the MS Excel file (xls) for conversion.

  • Path: 'Path' displays the location of the PDF file to be converted.
  • Size: 'Size' displays the size of the file, selected for conversion, in KB.
  • Type: 'Type' displays the type of the file.
NOTE: Please view 'Advanced Options' section to know more about conversion settings parameters.

  • Step Two: Select output folder

Click "Browse" to locate your output folder for your destination files.

  • Step Three: Start conversion

1.Click "Convert" button to start the conversion.

2.The conversion has been successfully completed :
A dialogue window would appear when the conversion process has been completed successfully. Click "Open File" button to view the converted file or click the"'Close" button to close the screen.

1. Open Excel file, on the Toolbar of the Menu, Click the button "Advanced Excel To PDF".

2. The following dialog pops up to you. Click "Browse" to select output folder for the converted files. Then click "Convert" to start the conversion.
